Our Exercise and Wellbeing for Multiple Sclerosis (MS) class is a friendly and supportive session for people living with MS. Suitable for all ages and abilities, sessions focus on improving movement, strength, balance, flexibility and overall wellbeing through tailored, adaptable exercises.
Led by qualified instructors, the class provides a safe and inclusive environment where participants can stay active, build confidence and exercise alongside others with similar experiences. Whether you are newly diagnosed or looking for ongoing support to remain active, everyone is welcome.
All exercises are adaptable, meaning participants can work at a pace and intensity that suits their individual abilities.

The class is open to anyone living with Multiple Sclerosis.
You do not need to be a member of the MS Society, have a referral from a healthcare professional, or have any previous experience of exercise to attend.
