Cardiac rehabilitation group exercise community classes for people who have had a heart attack or heart surgery and want to improve their health and fitness

Active lifestyles exercise classes which are aimed at older people and those requiring additional support to exercise

Living with or beyond cancer exercise classes for people who are going through, or have finished, treatment for cancer

Pulmonary maintenance classes designed to help circulation and improve the bodies use of oxygen

ESCAPE Pain to help people with osteoarthritis and/or chronic joint pain self-manage their condition.
