Healthy You logoHealthy You, funded by Cambridgeshire County Council and Peterborough City Council, is here to provide information and support to individuals of Huntingdonshire who want to be more physically active and live a healthier lifestyle.

We run a range of free activities funded through the Healthy You project, which can be found below.

Upcoming courses

Bear Hunt and Picnic 

  • Hinchingbrooke Country Park: 28 August at 1pm - 3pm 

Join us on a Bear Hunt at Hinchingbrooke Country Park, searching high and low and following the map to find the bear clues. Bring your own picnic and enjoy it in beautiful open green space, then finish with a fun bear race. 

Women's Wellness Cafe

  • One Leisure St Ives Outdoor Centre: Monday 8 September 2025 at 6.30pm - 8.30pm

  • One Leisure St Neots: Thursday 18 September 2025 at 1pm - 3pm

  • One Leisure St Ives (Zest Cafe): Monday 6 October 2025 at 1pm - 3pm

The Women's Wellness Cafe promotes open conversation about menopause, heart health, nutrition, stress and more. It's FREE and open for everyone!

Know Your Numbers Week

  • St Neots Rugby Club: Saturday 13 September 2025 at 11am - 1.30pm

Join us at the St Neots Rugby Club to get your blood pressure checked. 

Beginners Tai Chi

  • One Leisure St Neots: Every Monday at 3pm - 4pm (starting 15 September 2025)

  • One Leisure Ramsey: Every Wednesday at 4pm - 5pm (starting 17 September 2025) 

This FREE 6-week course helps improve physical health, balance and coordination. Tai Chi also improves mental and emotional well-being.
