Healthy You logoHealthy You, funded by Cambridgeshire County Council and Peterborough City Council, is here to provide information and support to individuals of Huntingdonshire who want to be more physically active and live a healthier lifestyle.

We run a range of free activities funded through the Healthy You project, which can be found below.

Upcoming courses

Chair Based Yoga

  • One Leisure St Neots: Every Tuesday at 1.05pm - 2pm (Starting 2 June 2025)

Come and try this fun and social racket sports trial. It's a great way to get active and meet new people playing the fastest-growing sport in America.

Women's Wellness Cafe

  • One Leisure St Ives Outdoor Centre: Monday 2 June 2025 at 6.30pm - 8.30pm

  • One Leisure St Ives (Zest Cafe): Monday 7 July 2025 at 1pm - 3pm

The Women's Wellness Cafe promotes open conversation about menopause, heart health, nutrition, stress and more. It's FREE and open for everyone!

Beginners Tai Chi

  • One Leisure Huntingdon: Every Thursday at 4pm - 4.55pm (starting 3 July 2025)

  • One Leisure St Ives: Every Monday at 3.30pm - 4.30pm (starting 14 July 2025) 

This FREE 6 week course helps improve physical health, balance and co-ordination. Tai Chi also improves mental and emotional well-being. 

Home Education Sports Day 

  • One Leisure St Ives Outdoor - Athletics Track: Thursday 24 July or Friday 25 July (only book one day) at 11am - 2pm

A sports day aimed at those children who are Home Educated. The sports day will include team building and competitive races. All parents are required to stay for the day. 

Bear Hunt and Picnic 

  • Hinchingbrooke Country Park: 31 July, 7, 14, 21 and 28 August at 1pm - 3pm

Join us on a Bear Hunt at Hinchingbrooke Country Park, searching high and low and following the map to find the bear clues. Bring your own picnic and enjoy it in beautiful open green space, then finish with a fun bear race.
