The following goods must not be sold on any of Huntingdonshire District Council's markets:

Bladed articles and any other offensive weapons (for example: knuckle dusters, nun chucks)

All types of corrosive products

Tobacco and vapes/liquids (current stalls are ‘grandfathered in’ whilst products are still legal to sell)

Sex articles as defined in Schedule 3 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982

Real fur items or items from endangered animals

Any other item that is considered unsuitable in terms of public safety or that may cause offence or may undermine the objectives of this policy *

No live animals may be sold, given away or used for demonstration or exhibition.

Firearms and imitation firearms, including gel blasters and dart guns.
