Which of the following best describes the reason why you wish to appeal?

If you had a valid pay and display ticket which had either fallen off or had turned face down, we may consider your challenge. You will need to provide a copy of the front of the pay and display ticket valid for the vehicle, location, time and date of the offence, with all the details clearly visible.

If you had a MiPermit session, please provide details of the account that purchased the session valid for the vehicle, location, time and date of the offence.

Please be aware that you are not guaranteed to have your fine cancelled as each appeal is reviewed individually.

Appeal your parking fine

Alternatively, if you pay your fine within 14 days of the date of your ticket, you pay the lower amount shown on your fine. If you pay after 14 days, you will need to pay the full value displayed on the fine.

It is your responsibility to check the display on the machine to make sure your money has been accepted and the correct purchase time is displayed before pressing the button to print the ticket.

If there was a fault with the machine, a number is provided on our tariff signs for you to call to report the fault.

You are liable for the fine.

If you were involved in a medical emergency, we may consider your challenge. You will need to provide us with a formal letter from a health professional that treated you or a passenger directly after the event.
