We have developed new telephone software to help our customers out of hours. This software uses voice technology known as a 'Voice Bot'. This development is funded by the Local Government Association.

This means the information on our customer portal, My.Huntingdonshire, will be available over the phone without a wait time.

What does the Voice Bot do?

It’s easy to use the 'Voice Bot'. Simply call 01480 775799 and, when prompted, ask your question.

The ‘Voice Bot’ listens to your question and attempts to answer it by searching through a list of our Frequently Asked Questions available on the customer portal.

If you prefer to contact us by telephone, we can provide a 24/7 service that is quick with no queuing.

Once you have completed your query there is an option to leave feedback.
