New Local Planning Application Validation Lists
On 1st September 2021, the new local validation list was adopted by The Local Planning Authority. This may now require some applicants to submit additional documents in support of their planning applications, to ensure the comprehensive validity of the submission. New checklists detail the documents that are required to be supplied to submit a valid planning application.
