The Preferred Options Draft Local Plan to 2046 consultation is now live. The plan sets out how we will deliver land for new homes, jobs and infrastructure, protect our natural environment, address climate change and provide policies for assessing planning applications.
Please view the Preferred Options page where you will find information on how to submit your comments through the consultation portal. The consultation closes at 11.59pm on Wednesday 17 December 2025.
