Huntingdonshire District Council is pleased to announce the return of free parking after 3pm in the run up to Christmas 2019.

Monday to Friday (1 December – 24 December), parking in all council-run car parks will be free after three to support local town centre shopping throughout the festive period.

Cllr Beuttell, Executive Councillor for Operations and Regulation added: "This offer has been successful over the past few years, so as is tradition we will be bringing it back for 2019. It’s a great opportunity to offer additional support during the Christmas build-up and encourage residents to support their local high streets."

This special offer is valid in St Neots (including Waitrose but excludes Market Square in St Neots as this is an on-street facility), St Ives (including Waitrose) and Huntingdon (including Sainsbury's).

Parking remains free in all car parks on Sundays. Shoppers will not have to pay and display a ticket during the special offer period. Signs and stickers will be on display in car parks, and on the car parking machines explaining the times when the offer is valid.
