One Leisure offers a comprehensive range of high-quality leisure facilities across five centres throughout Huntingdonshire. One Leisure St Ives is seeking self-motivated and capable individuals to join its operations team.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the necessary blend of operational experience, a willingness to take on responsibility and the ability to always ensure a safe and enjoyable environment. Leadership and motivational skills are vital to ensure we continue to provide the highest possible levels of customer service and a customer-focussed attitude.

The post requires a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and First Aid at Work qualifications which must be completed on starting in the role. If the qualifications are not already held, training will be provided which must be passed within the first 2 months of employment. View further information and the prerequisites for the NPLQ course

This post is an ideal introduction to supervisory management and your first steps on the leisure management ladder.

We are determined to offer personal and professional development to our staff and this is combined with a flexible approach that enables our staff to manage their own work-life balance. This is a full-time role working average of 37 hours a week.
