Direct Debits
If it says your payment method is Direct Debit at the bottom of the bill, we will manage the payments for you. You don't need to do anything.
If you want to pay by Direct Debit you can set one up on this online form.
It is too late to set up a Direct Debit instruction for 1 April 2023. If you request a 1st of the month plan, the first debit will be on 1 May 2023, and the number of instalments may be reduced. You can make a manual payment for the first instalment though.
Bills
Annual bills are being dispatched in 2 batches - accounts with a 1st of the month instalment will be dispatched on 17 March. All other bills will be dispatched on 24 March 2023. Please don't contact us unless you haven't received your bill by 1 April 2023.

Refunds
If a brought forward credit is showing on your bill, it will have been used to reduce all your instalments for 2023/24. If you request a refund, your instalments will go back up to the normal yearly amount.
