From Monday 8 November to Wednesday 30 November 2022, the council undertook a residents’ survey which asked people to share their views on some of the council’s services.

There were 855 responses to the survey. It was promoted on the council’s website and social media accounts. It was also shared with HDC councillors and with town and parish councils, as well as other networks associated with HDC.

The survey was made up of 15 questions and asked people how satisfied or dissatisfied they are with the way the council runs things and whether it provides value for money.
