Permit Eligibility maps

To find out whether you are eligible for a residents parking permit, please see the Permit Map for your area linked on the right of this page and check that you live within the red shaded area shown. Please note that eligibility is specific to an individual address and when a property was built in order to qualify for a Residents Parking Permit. Please refer to the information outlined below and check with our Customer Service Centre if you are unsure.

Parking Permit Information

For either a season parking permit or a residents parking permit, print out and complete the forms in linked documents to the right and return, along with a cheque payable to Huntingdonshire District Council, to:

Alternatively, you can pay at one of our Customer Service Centres by cheque or card. Please see the link to these on the right.

Season Tickets

For Season Ticket information regarding available car parks and regulations please see the season parking permit information document on the right. Cost details are included on the Application form itself. To apply for a Season Parking Permit, please print out the form on the right and send it to the address above.

If at any time you wish to rescind your Season Ticket, a refund will be considered for all complete unexpired months, minus an administration charge. Please write in to the address above enclosing the Parking Permit.

Residents Parking Permits

Residents parking permits are available to those entitled to apply, on condition that the appropriate regulations and conditions are met. Information regarding available car parks and regulations are shown on the residents parking permit information document on the right.

Only one permit per household will be allowed. To qualify, your home must be within the designated town centre area, have been constructed or been a residential property prior to 31st March 1998, have had no provision for the parking of a motor vehicle in the past and the public highway that it adjoins must have on-street parking restrictions.

To apply for a Residents Parking Permit please print out and complete the form on the right. Cost details are shown on the application form.

If at any time you wish to rescind your residents permit, please be advised that no refund will apply due to the administration charges incurred in relation to the cost of the original Permit.
