Article 4 direction/Article 3 restrictions

Permitted Development rights granted by Article 3 of the GPDO allow householders to carry out specific development without requiring a formal planning application to be submitted to the Council. However Article 4 of the GPDO allows the Council to restrict or remove some of those Permitted Development Rights. Huntingdonshire District Council however has no such restrictions which apply to Householder developments. An external link is provided to the planning portal's interactive "Visual Guide for Householders" which explains permitted development rights and restrictions more fully.
