Community Infrastructure Levy Examination
On 23rd January 2012, Huntingdonshire District Council submitted the Draft Charging Schedule 2012 for examination together with the appropriate evidence and supporting documents.
The submitted documents can be viewed via the linked documents section on this page or are available for public inspection at the locations stated in the Availability of Submission Documents notice, which can also be viewed in the linked documents section.
Nigel Payne BSc (Hons) DipTP MRTPI MCMI of the Planning Inspectorate has been appointed as the independent examiner of the Draft Charging Schedule 2012.
The examination is scheduled to commence at 9.30am, on Tuesday, 6th March 2012 in the Civic Suite, Huntingdonshire District Council, Pathfinder House, St Mary’s Street, Huntingdon PE29 3TN. The Draft Programme and Briefing Notes can be viewed in the linked documents section on this page.
