Council Tax

The Council collects Council Tax from more than 70,000 households for itself, Cambridgeshire County Council, Cambridgeshire Police Authority, Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Fire Authority and town and parish councils in Huntingdonshire. For details on these Authorities, please use the relevant links on the right hand side of this page.

Each year the Council sets the level of the Council Tax depending on how much each authority needs to raise from local people. The Council Tax bills for 2009/2010 totalled £93m(Gross Debit). A full list of all the Council Tax charges can be found in our linked documents.
