Fitness Classes
Our timetable includes a range of aerobic, toning, relaxation and aqua classes available during the daytime, evenings and weekends.

Crèche Facilities
Fitness classes with the (C) symbol indicate that crèche facilities are available so you can workout knowing your child is having fun in a safe and stimulating environment.
Fitness Class Pass
Fitness classes are even better value with the Fitness Class Pass for only £37.00. The Fitness Class Pass entitles you to any 10 fitness classes priced up to £4.60.
Booking Information
With the One Card, bookings can be made up to 7 days in advance, from 9.00am. Courses can be booked as soon as these are advertised. Bookings can be made by phone, in person or online.
If you make a booking for a Fitness Class and do not attend, you will be charged the full activity fee. If you cannot attend you must give at least one hour notice. This includes Advantage members and only applies to bookings made up to 7 days in advance.
Online Bookings
Beat the queues by booking fitness classes online. You can search availability 24 hours a day and book activities up to 7 days in advance. To use the Online Bookings System you must firstly register on our website and we will then email your logon details and PIN number.
Class Etiquette
Please adhere to the following when attending fitness classes:
- Arrive early to book in at reception so that classes can start on time.
- You may bring a clean towel and water bottle to the class. Please do not bring personal belongings or mobile phones.
- You must notify the instructor if you suffer from any condition that may affect your ability to exercise.
- Appropriate footwear and clothing must be worn.
