Beat the queues by booking fitness classes, badminton, squash or tennis courts on the new online Leisure Booking System. You can search availability, book and pay activities up to 7 days in advance (24 hours a day).

You can now BOOK and PAY online, saving you the hassle of carrying money or queuing at reception. You can search availability and BOOK and PAY activities up to 7 days in advance.
Following feedback after the recent upgrade of our online booking system, our software suppliers have made the following enhancements to the process:
- Online Registration - You can now apply for an online membership and receive an automatic response with your log in details. Ideal for adding partners and siblings.
- Choose Your Preferred Site - For ease of booking, you can choose your favourite site and only bookings relating to that site will show in the improved opening window. (you can still book at other sites using the normal “make a booking” facility).
- Improved Home Screen - More intuitive search options make booking easier. There is a simplified advanced search facility readily available and initial search results are displayed by activity and classes at your preferred site.
- Quick Book - Book regular activities at the click of a button.
- Unpaid Sales - Pay your memberships, subscriptions and courses in advance without having to contact the centre.
- Better Linked Booking Information - See linked individuals booking details including their name in your bookings lists.
Note that payment needs to be made within 20 minutes within of the booking being made (your payment details are not stored).
If you are unable to move/cancel your booking, please contact any One Leisure site who will do this for you.
How to use Online Bookings?
When you have received your logon details and PIN number by email, all you have to do is click on the 'Book One Leisure Activities' button on the right and search for your chosen activities.
How to register?
- To use this service you must have a 'One Card'.
- There is no charge to register for Online Bookings.
- To register simply complete the 'Online Bookings Registration Form' below.
Once you have registered, you will be sent your logon details and PIN number by email. If you DO NOT have a One Card, you must complete a One Card application form using the link on the right (membership is free of charge). Only after you have received your card can you apply for online bookings.
