Apply for your One Card
At One Leisure, we believe in making membership quick and easy so everyone can enjoy our excellent facilities:
- FREE ‘One Card’ (choose either a card or keyring fob)
- No joining fee or annual charge
- Use the same card at all One Leisure sites
- The same application form for everyone to complete
The benefits of the ‘One Card’ are:

- FREE swimming for under 5’s
- FREE swimming for over 60’s
- Receive One Leisure discounts and promotions
- Book activities up to 7 days in advance
- FREE registration to use the online bookings service
How to apply
Simply complete an online application form linked on the right. Alternatively, you can complete an application form at any of our sites.
A separate application form must be completed per person (parents must complete a separate form for each child).
To qualify for a ‘One Card’, you must live in any of the following post code areas:
PE 1-9 CB 1-7 LU 2 MK 17 NN 8-10 SG 1-9
PE 13-19 CB 10 LU 5 MK 40-45 NN 14 SG 15-19
PE 26-29 CB 21-25 LU 7 NN 16-17
PE 38 NN 29
Using the ‘One Card’
You must produce your ‘One Card’ every time you visit a site to receive a discount. If you do not show your ‘One Card’ you will have to pay the full price. Only the person allocated the card may use it - if the card is misused it will be cancelled.
Replacement Cards
You can request a replacement ‘One Card’ from reception if your card is lost, stolen or you prefer a keyring fob version. This is subject to a £1.50 replacement fee.
Old Leisure Cards
If you have an old Leisure Centre membership card as illustrated below, you DO NOT need to apply for a ‘One Card’. You will still be entitled to all of the same fantastic discounts and benefits.
If you would like to replace your old card with a new ‘One Card’, this is subject to a £1.50 replacement fee.
