Huntingdonshire District Council has a dedicated Sports Development Officer who has a responsibility for the development of disability sport in Huntingdonshire. The Sports Development Officer works closely with many partners to ensure there are accessible programmes and clubs for disabled people and that there are opportunities for disabled Huntingdonshire residents to take part in sport at any level they choose.

Weekly Activities

Active and Able (Multi Sports Clubs)
The following clubs are open to all Huntingdonshire residents, we operate a multi sport approach and activities are adapted to meet individual needs. The ethos of the clubs is fun through sport and we encourage individuals to play and progress in sport regardless of ability. The clubs deliver structured sessions that are led by qualified coaches who ensure all participants stay physically active and develop their own sporting ability.
