Be Active
The evidence is growing and is more convincing than ever. People of all ages who are generally inactive can improve their health and well-being by becoming active on a regular basis. Adults over the age of 19 should be doing two and half hours each week of moderate to vigorous intensity physical activity, this should be split by doing some exercise every day. Muscle strengthening activity should also be included twice a week.
