Customer Service Centre

 

The Customer Service Centre at Pathfinder House was opened to make it easier for people to make enquiries and access the services we provide.

In the centre you will be dealt with fairly, courteously and with integrity by staff who understand your needs. We currently deal with enquiries about Planning, Building Control, Environmental Health, Housing, Licensing, Land Charges, Housing and Council Tax Benefits, Payments, Council Tax, Business Rates, Electoral Services, Sundry Income and Fraud.

We are open Monday to Thursday 9:00am to 5:00pm and Friday 9:00am to 4:30 pm. 

St Ives and St Neots Customer Service Centres

The Customer Service centres deal with a wide range of services including Benefits, Council Tax, Housing, Parking Permits. Payments and Senior Rail Cards.

St Ives is only open on Mondays for a Housing and Council Tax Benefits Advice service from 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 4:30pm. The office is closed for the rest of the week.

St Neots is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 1pm, then 2pm to 5pm (4:30pm on a Friday).

A Benefit Officer is available at St Neots every Monday and Thursday morning to help with your benefit enquiries.
