The Creativexchange is the first of Huntingdonshire’s district Enterprise Centre. The £2 million investment provides a variation of optional workspace that includes 14 individual units (ranging from 10m squared to 25m squared), shared desk space, and a virtual office. Coupled with a competitively priced easy in-out tenancy agreement, tenants will gain access to shared resources, training opportunities and the following:
- A central core with incubator workspace to encourage networking and collaboration, with display and marketing opportunities;
- Dedicated and targeted business support and workforce development to meet the specialist needs of the sector and the wider community;
- Highly specified broadband and ICT infrastructure with leading edge technology associated with the industry;
- A dedicated facility for meetings, training and community use.
Of an unusually striking design, the building is four storeys high with a roof garden that allows quality space for creative thinking with broad views over Priory Park. It is hoped that the building will foster the exchange of creative ideas and assist the resident business entrepreneurs in turning their ideas into reality.
