Huntingdonshire District Council provides a wide range of services from collecting trade waste to business support. This page provides a summary of the services which could be useful for businesses.
Business Properties Register:
Serviced offices owned by the council are available to rent in the district and can be found using our business properties register. The register also contains details of other commercial properties available to rent or buy.

Trade Waste:
Trade Waste collection is a service offered by the Council to businesses within the district. This is a chargeable service.
The charge for this service is currently £2.10 per commercial waste bag / sticker (2011/12).
We are currently unable to provide recycling collections for trade customers, however there are a number of companies and organisations that can. For information about trade recycling options please see below or contact us on 01480 388388.

Business Support and advice:
Huntingdonshire District Council's Sustainable Economic Development team along with a range of business support organisations offer services and advice to new and existing companies within the district.

Financial Assistance:
The council offers a free internet-based service - 'GrantNet' - to help businesses find out about funding schemes available in Huntingdonshire. This service allows you and your business to:
- Find all local and national funding schemes currently available to help your own unique business.
- Browse all national and local business grant schemes by category.
- Discover awards that provide financial support as well as prestige for business.
- Find out if you are eligible for soft or special loans with preferential terms.
